Abstract:
(EN) A dynamic power optimization system and method for electric submersible motors. A system to optimize operation of an electric submersible motor electrically coupled to a variable speed drive controlled by a computer performing dynamically in a loop the steps of obtaining measurement of a pump performance variable and motor current to establish a first data set, making a motor voltage adjustment of a first type including either an increase or a decrease, establishing a second data set after the adjustment, differencing the first data set with the second data set, and making a second adjustment to the motor voltage of the first adjustment type if the current drops and the pump performance variable is maintained within thresholds, or opposite the first adjustment type if the current rises and the pump performance variable is maintained, or if the current drops and the pump performance variable deviates outside the thresholds.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'optimisation de puissance dynamique et un procédé pour moteurs électriques submersibles. Un système pour optimiser le fonctionnement d'un moteur électrique submersible couplé électriquement à un entraînement à vitesse variable commandé par un ordinateur exécute de manière dynamique, dans une boucle, les étapes consistant à obtenir une mesure d'une variable de performance de pompe et d'un courant de moteur pour établir un premier ensemble de données, réaliser un réglage, d'un premier type, de la tension de moteur comprenant soit une augmentation soit une diminution, établir un second ensemble de données après le réglage, différencier le premier ensemble de données du second ensemble de données, et réaliser un second réglage de la tension de moteur du premier type de réglage si le courant baisse et que la variable de performance de pompe est maintenue à l'intérieur de seuils, ou à l'opposé du premier type de réglage si le courant augmente et que la variable de performance de pompe est maintenue, ou si le courant baisse et que la variable de performance de pompe dépasse les seuils.
