Abstract

The present invention discloses compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, or prodrugs thereof. These compounds are useful for treating Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds for administration to a subject suffering from RSV infection. The invention also relates to methods of treating an RSV infection in a subject by administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the invention.

La présente invention concerne des composés de Formule (I), et des sels, esters, ou promédicaments pharmaceutiquement acceptables correspondants. Ces composés sont utiles pour traiter une infection par le Virus Rspiratoire Syncytial (VRS). La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comportant lesdits composés, destinées à être administrées à un patient atteint d'une infection par le VRS. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de traitement d'une infection par le VRS chez un sujet en administrant au sujet une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un composé de la présente invention.
