Abstract:
(EN) A stand-alone assay system for POC IVD that is fast, easy to use, inexpensive and delivers laboratory quality results for one or more target analytes from a small volume of unprocessed aqueous sample is disclosed. The stand-alone assay system is a disposable digital device. The stand-alone assay system integrates a sampling system that relies on users swiping a lanced finger containing an unprocessed aqueous sample such as whole blood across a sample inlet to transfer or deposit the unprocessed aqueous sample on to a membrane filter or into a capillary. The system can have a planarized testing surface on which retained magnetic particles are sensed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'analyse autonome d'un disque intervertébral (IVD) sur le lieu d'intervention (POC) qui est rapide, facile à utiliser, peu coûteux et délivre des résultats de qualité de laboratoire pour un ou plusieurs analytes cibles à partir d'un petit volume d'échantillon aqueux non traité. Le système d'analyse autonome est un dispositif numérique jetable. Le système d'analyse autonome intègre un système d'échantillonnage selon lequel les utilisateurs passent un doigt muni d'une lancette contenant un échantillon aqueux non traité, tel que du sang total, sur une entrée d'échantillon pour transférer ou déposer l'échantillon aqueux non traité sur un filtre à membrane ou dans un capillaire. Le système peut présenter une surface de test planarisée sur laquelle des particules magnétiques retenues sont détectées.
