Abstract:
Disclosed are novel monoclonal antibodies that are directed against immune checkpoint modulator (ICM) proteins TIM-3 (T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 3 protein) or B7-H3 (CD276). Specifically, the disclosure provides novel heavy-chain and light-chain variable region sequences of anti-TIM-3 antibodies, and a heavy-chain and a light-chain variable region sequences of anti-B7-H3. Further disclosed are methods of using the antibodies for diagnostic detection of cancer or for treatment of patients with cancer, or immune system disorders.
