Abstract:
(EN) Methods of extracting 1-4 cycle heterocyclic compounds and 2-5 cycle polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon feedstock are described. The methods include providing a hydrocarbon feedstock containing crude oil fractions, and determining an A/R ratio and an asphaltene concentration of the hydrocarbon feedstock. Based upon the A/R ratio and the asphaltene concentration, the treatable hydrocarbon feedstock undergoes one or more of cracking and fractionating. Subsequently, at least one targeted portion of the heterocyclic compounds is extracted from the fractionated stream with an aqueous solvent. A stream containing the 2-5 cycle polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons is transferred to an extractor and the 2-5 cycle polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons are extracted with a solvent system comprising an aprotic solvent.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés d'extraction de composés hétérocycliques à 1-4 cycles et d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polynucléaires à 2-5 cycles d'une charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures. Les procédés consistent à obtenir une charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures contenant des fractions de pétrole brut, et à déterminer un rapport A/R et une concentration en asphaltènes de la charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures. Sur la base du rapport A/R et de la concentration en asphaltènes, le procédé consiste par ailleurs à faire subir à la charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures pouvant être traitée une ou plusieurs opérations de craquage et de fractionnement. Le procédé consiste en outre à extraire ensuite au moins une partie ciblée des composés hétérocycliques du flux fractionné à l'aide d'un solvant aqueux. Le procédé consiste de plus à transférer un flux contenant les hydrocarbures aromatiques polynucléaires à 2-5 cycles vers un extracteur et à extraire les hydrocarbures aromatiques polynucléaires à 2-5 cycles à l'aide d'un système de solvants comprenant un solvant aprotique.
