Abstract:
(EN) Techniques described here provide a rotor and a method of making a rotor. In an embodiment, a method of making a rotor includes forming a magnet array by assembling a plurality of magnets into the magnet array, providing pre-preg adjacent to the magnet array, co-curing the magnet array with the pre-preg, and magnetizing the magnet array subsequent to the formation of the magnet array.
(FR) Les techniques décrites dans la présente invention concernent un rotor et un procédé de fabrication d'un rotor. Dans un mode de réalisation, un procédé de fabrication d'un rotor comprend les étapes consistant à former un réseau d'aimants par assemblage d'une pluralité d'aimants dans le réseau d'aimants, à fournir un pré-imprégné adjacent au réseau d'aimants, à co-durcir le réseau d'aimants avec le pré-imprégné et à magnétiser le réseau d'aimants suite à la formation du réseau d'aimants.
