(KO) 구강전암의 치료용 약학 조성물 및 구강전암 또는 구강암의 예측 또는 진단 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a method for providing information for the prediction or diagnosis of oral precancer or oral cancer characterized by confirming expression of the Axin2 gene or the snail gene in an oral leukoplakia tissue sample or a submucous fibrosis tissue sample; and a use of a compound capable of delaying or inhibiting the progression of a precancerous lesion and recurrent oral cancer using the compound capable of effectively inhibiting the expression of the Axin 2 gene or the snail gene. According to the present invention, the possibility of oral leukoplakia or submucous fibrosis which causes white lesions to appear inside the oral cavity can be predicted and diagnosed, thereby being useful in eliminating the potential risks of oral cancer by early prediction of progression into oral precancer or oral cancer for which effective treatment does not currently exist.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un procédé de fourniture d'informations pour la prédiction ou le diagnostic d'un précancer buccal ou d'un cancer buccal caractérisé par la confirmation de l'expression du gène Axin2 ou du gène snail dans un échantillon de tissu leucoplasique buccal ou un échantillon de tissu de fibrose sous-muqueuse ; et l'utilisation d'un composé pouvant retarder ou inhiber la progression d'une lésion précancéreuse et d'un cancer buccal récurrent à l'aide du composé capable d'inhiber efficacement l'expression du gène Axin 2 ou du gène snail. Selon la présente invention, la possibilité de leucoplasie buccale ou de fibrose sous-muqueuse qui provoque l'apparition de lésions blanches à l'intérieur de la cavité buccale peut être prédite et diagnostiquée, ce qui est utile pour éliminer les risques potentiels de cancer buccal par prédiction précoce de la progression de précancer buccal ou de cancer buccal pour lequel aucun traitement efficace n'existe actuellement.
(KO) 본 발명은 구강 백반증 또는 점막하 섬유증 조직 샘플에서 Axin2 유전자 또는 Snail 유전자의 발현을 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강전암 또는 구강암 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 Axin2 유전자 또는 Snail 유전자의 발현을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는 화합물을 이용하여 전암 병소 및 재발성 구강암의 진행을 지연하거나 억제할 수 있는 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 구강 내에 백색의 병변이 나타나는 구강 백반증 또는 점막하 섬유증에서 구강암으로의 악성화 가능성을 예측 및 진단할 수 있어, 아직까지 효과적인 치료방법이 없는 구강전암 및 구강암으로의 발전 가능성을 조기에 예측하여 구강암의 잠재적인 위험성을 제거하는데 유용하다.
