Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a natural killer cell expressing an anti-cotinine chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specifically binding to cotinine, and a cell therapeutic agent comprising same. The natural killer cell expressing a chimeric antigen receptor specifically binding to cotinine, according to the present invention, can effectively move to tumor tissue, regardless of the kind of cancer, depending on the binding substance bound to cotinine. Therefore, the natural killer cell according to the present invention can be usefully employed as a gene therapy exhibiting a highly efficient anticancer effect.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une cellule tueuse naturelle exprimant un récepteur d'antigène chimérique (CAR) anti-cotinine se liant spécifiquement à la cotinine et un agent thérapeutique cellulaire le comprenant. La cellule tueuse naturelle exprimant un récepteur d'antigène chimérique se liant spécifiquement à la cotinine, selon la présente invention, peut se déplacer efficacement vers un tissu tumoral, quel que soit le type de cancer, en fonction de la substance de liaison liée à la cotinine. Par conséquent, la cellule tueuse naturelle selon la présente invention peut être utilisée utilement en tant que thérapie génique présentant un effet anticancéreux hautement efficace.
(KO) 본 발명은 코티닌에 특이적으로 결합하는 항-코티닌 키메릭 항원 수용체 (CAR)를 발현하는 자연살해 세포 및 이를 포함하는 세포 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코티닌에 특이적으로 결합하는 키메릭 항원 수용체를 발현하는 자연살해 세포는 코티닌에 접합된 접합 물질에 따라 암의 종류와 관계없이 종양 조직에 효과적으로 이동할 수 있으며, 따라서 본 발명에 따른 자연살해 세포는 효율 높은 항암 효과를 나타내는 유전자 치료법으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
