Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for a terminal for carrying out access control according to one disclosure of the present specification. The method may comprise the steps of: an access stratum (AS) layer of the terminal transmitting, to a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising one or more from among an access category, call type, and setup reason if the determination is for no disconnection to occur as a result of carrying out a termination test for access control; and receiving an RRC reject message or RRC connection drop message from the base station if the network is overloaded or congested. One or more from among the access category, call type, and setup reason included in the RRC message can be utilized to determine whether the base station is to transmit the RRC reject message or RRC connection drop message when the network is overloaded or congested.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé pour un terminal de réalisation d'un contrôle d'accès. Le procédé peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : une couche de strate d'accès (AS) du terminal émet, à une station de base, un message de commande de ressources radio (RRC) comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments parmi une catégorie d'accès, un type d'appel, et la raison de l'établissement s'il est déterminé que la réalisation d'un essai de terminaison pour le contrôle d'accès ne doit pas donner lieu à une déconnexion; et la réception d'un message de rejet RRC ou d'un message de perte de connexion RRC de la part de la station de base si le réseau est surchargé ou encombré. Un ou plusieurs des éléments parmi la catégorie d'accès, le type d'appel et la raison de l'établissement incluse dans le message RRC peuvent être utilisés pour déterminer si la station de base doit émettre le message de rejet RRC ou le message de perte de connexion RRC lorsque le réseau est surchargé ou encombré.
(KO) 본 명세서의 일 개시는 단말에 의한 액세스 제어 수행 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법은 액세스 제어를 위한 차단 검사를 수행한 결과 차단되지 않는 것으로 결정되는 경우, 상기 단말의 AS(Access Stratum) 계층이 액세스 카테고리, 콜 타입(call type) 그리고 수립 원인 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 RRC(Radio Resource Control) 메시지를 기지국으로 전송하는 단계와; 네트워크 과부하 또는 혼잡 상황인 경우, 상기 기지국으로부터 RRC 거절 메시지 또는 RRC 연결 해제 메시지를 수신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 RRC 메시지에 포함된 상기 액세스 카테고리, 콜 타입(call type) 그리고 수립 원인 중 하나 이상은, 상기 기지국이 상기 네트워크 과부하 또는 혼잡 상황에서 상기 RRC 거절 메시지 또는 RRC 연결 해제 메시지를 전송할지 여부를 결정하는데 사용될 수 있다.
