(EN) An insulating and heat-radiating coating composition is provided. An insulating and heat-radiating coating composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a coating layer forming ingredient including a base resin; and an insulating and heat-radiating filler in an amount of 25-70 weight parts on the basis of 100 weight parts of the base resin. According to the present invention, the insulating and heat-radiating coating composition can be materialized to an insulating and heat-radiating coating layer which exhibits excellent heat radiating performance thanks to outstanding heat conductivity and heat radiation in addition to having insulating properties. Showing far superior adhesiveness to a surface to be coated, the insulating and heat-radiating coating layer implemented therewith is also highly prevented from being released during the use thereof. After being formed, the insulating and heat-radiating coating layer can maintain its durability against physical and chemical stimuli such as external heat, organic solvents, moisture, impacts, etc. Furthermore, the heat-radiating fillers dispersed in the formed, insulating and heat-radiating coating layer have the effect of exhibiting uniform insulating and heat-radiating performance thanks to the high dispersibility thereof. Moreover, the formed, insulating and heat-radiating coating layer has a very smooth surface and shows outstanding smoothness and thus excellent surface quality, finding wide applications across the industries requiring insulation and heat radiation.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la composition de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant comprend : un ingrédient formant une couche de revêtement comprenant une résine de base ; et une charge isolante et thermorayonnante en une quantité de 25-70 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids de résine de base. Selon la présente invention, la composition de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant peut être matérialisée en une couche de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant qui présente d'excellentes performances de thermorayonnement grâce à une remarquable conductivité thermique et un remarquable thermorayonnement en plus de présenter des propriétés isolantes. Étant donné qu'elle présente une adhésivité bien supérieure sur une surface à revêtir, le décollement de la couche de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant mise en oeuvre avec celle-ci est également hautement empêché pendant l'utilisation correspondante. Après sa formation, la couche de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant peut conserver sa durabilité par rapport à des stimuli physiques et chimiques tels que la chaleur externe, les solvants organiques, l'humidité, les impacts, etc. En outre, les charges thermorayonnantes dispersées dans la couche formée de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant ont pour effet de présenter des performances isolantes et thermorayonnantes uniformes grâce à leur dispersibilité élevée. De plus, la couche formée de revêtement isolant et thermorayonnant présente une surface très lisse et présente un caractère lisse remarquable et donc une excellente qualité de surface, ce qui permet de trouver de larges applications dans les industries nécessitant une isolation et un thermorayonnement.
(KO) 절연성 방열 코팅조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 절연성 방열 코팅조성물은 주제수지를 포함하는 코팅층 형성성분; 및 상기 주제수지 100 중량부에 대하여 25 ~ 70 중량부로 포함되는 절연성 방열필러;를 포함하는 절연성 방열 코팅조성물을 포함한다. 이에 의하면, 절연성 방열 코팅조성물은 열전도성뿐만 아니라 열방사성까지 우수하여 뛰어난 방열성능을 발현하고, 동시에 절연성을 갖는 절연성 방열코팅층을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 이를 통해 구현된 절연성 방열코팅층은 피코팅면과의 접착성이 매우 우수하여 사용 중 절연성 방열코팅층의 박리가 현저히 방지되며, 절연성 방열코팅층으로 형성된 후 외부의 열, 유기용제, 수분, 충격 등의 물리적, 화학적 자극에도 절연성 방열코팅층의 내구성이 유지될 수 있다. 또한 형성된 절연성 방열코팅층 내에 분산된, 방열필러의 분산성이 우수하여 균일한 절연 및 방열성능을 나타낼 수 있는 효과가 있다. 나아가, 형성된 절연성 방열코팅층의 표면이 매우 매끄럽고, 평활성이 우수하여 표면품질이 뛰어남에 따라서, 절연 및 방열이 동시에 요구되는 산업 전반에 널리 응용될 수 있다.
