Abstract:
(EN) The present invention can produce large quantities of patterned lithium metal foils at one time by forming predetermined patterns on the surface of lithium metal, using a method in which lithium metal is physically pressed onto a silicon wafer previously embossed or intaglio-engraved with predetermined patterns, or liquid lithium is applied to the same silicon wafer, followed by cooling. In addition, the present invention can advantageously perform patterning in various shapes over a wide area, and minimize non-uniform patterns which may be caused by the difference in pressing pressure. The so-patterned lithium metal has superior reversibility to the conventional lithium metal and thus can greatly improve the lifespan of a battery.
(FR) La présente invention peut produire de grandes quantités de feuilles métalliques de lithium modelées à un moment par formation de motifs prédéterminés sur la surface de lithium métallique, au moyen d’un procédé dans lequel du lithium métallique est physiquement pressé sur une tranche de silicium précédemment gaufrée ou gravée en creux avec des motifs prédéterminés, ou bien du lithium liquide est appliqué sur la même tranche de silicium, suivi d’un refroidissement. De plus, la présente invention peut avantageusement réaliser un modelage dans différentes formes sur une grande surface, et réduire au minimum des motifs non uniformes qui peuvent être causés par la différence de pression de pressage. Le lithium métallique modelé présente ainsi une réversibilité supérieure au lithium métallique conventionnel et peut ainsi améliorer considérablement la durée de vie d’une batterie.
(KO) 본 발명은 일정 패턴이 미리 양각 또는 음각된 실리콘 웨이퍼에 리튬 메탈을 물리적 압착 또는 액체 리튬을 도포하여 식히는 방식에 의하여 리튬 메탈 표면에 일정한 패턴을 형성함으로써, 패터닝된 리튬 메탈 포일을 한꺼번에 다량으로 생산할 수 있다. 그 외에도 다양한 모양과 넓은 면적의 패터닝이 가능하며, 누르는 압력의 차이에 의해서 발생할 수 있는 불균일한 패턴을 최소화 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 패터닝된 리튬 메탈은 종래의 리튬 메탈에 비해서 가역성이 뛰어나 전지의 수명을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
