Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-function switch unit for a vehicle which can reduce an occurrence of noise due to a collision between parts when a return function is operated after a turn signal operation. The multi-function switch unit for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a housing coupled to a steering column side; a lever switch mounted to protrude from one side of the housing and rotating for a predetermined interval; a moving block disposed inside the housing, rotating together with the lever switch, and having a latch block on one side thereof; a guide bush installed on the steering column side so as to rotate together with a steering wheel; and a cancel cam for returning, to the original position, the moving block which is operated, rotated, and moved by the guide bush according to the operating state of the steering wheel. The cancel cam comprises: a cam body rotatably coupled to the housing so that one side thereof can contact an engaging block; and a buffer rib which is provided to be resilient-deformable in the cam body so as to be able to buffer an impact caused by a collision with the engaging block by contacting the engaging block before the cam body when the cam body rotates.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de fournir une unité de commutation multifonction pour un véhicule qui peut réduire une occurrence de bruit due à un choc entre pièces lorsqu'une fonction de retour est actionnée après un actionnement de feu de direction. L'unité de commutation multifonction pour un véhicule selon l'invention comprend : un boîtier couplé à un côté colonne de direction ; un interrupteur à levier monté de façon à faire saillie d'un côté du boîtier et tournant sur un intervalle prédéterminé ; un bloc mobile disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier, tournant conjointement avec l'interrupteur à levier, et ayant un bloc de verrouillage sur un côté de celui-ci ; une douille de guidage installée sur le côté de la colonne de direction de façon à tourner conjointement avec un volant de direction ; et une came d'annulation pour ramener à la position d'origine le bloc mobile qui est actionné, entraîné en rotation et déplacé par la douille de guidage en fonction de l'état de fonctionnement du volant de direction. La came d'annulation comprend : un corps de came accouplé en rotation avec le boîtier de telle sorte qu'un côté de celui-ci puisse entrer en contact avec un bloc de mise en prise ; et une nervure d’amortissement qui est conçue pour être élastiquement déformable dans le corps de came de manière à pouvoir amortir un impact provoqué par une collision avec le bloc de mise en prise en entrant en contact avec le bloc de mise en prise avant le corps de came lorsque le corps de came tourne.
(KO) 본 발명은 턴 시그널 조작 후 리턴 기능 작동 시 부품간의 충돌로 인한 노이즈 발생을 줄일 수 있는 차량용 멀티 펑션 스위치유닛을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량용 멀티 펑션 스위치 유닛은, 스티어링 칼럼 측에 결합되는 하우징과, 하우징의 일측에 돌출되게 장착되어 일정 구간 회전 조작되는 레버 스위치와, 하우징 내부에 배치되어 레버 스위치와 함께 회전 이동하며 일측에 걸림 블록이 구비되는 무빙 블록과, 스티어링 휠과 함께 회전할 수 있도록 스티어링 칼럼 측에 설치되는 가이드 부시와, 스티어링 휠의 조작 상태에 따라 가이드 부시에 의해 작동하여 회전 이동한 상기 무빙 블록을 원상 복귀시키기 위한 캔슬 캠을 포함한다. 캔슬 캠은, 일측이 걸림 블록에 접촉할 수 있도록 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 캠 바디와, 캠 바디의 회전 시 캠 바디보다 먼저 걸림 블록에 접촉하여 걸림 블록과의 충돌에 의한 충격을 완충할 수 있도록 캠 바디에 탄성 변형 가능하게 구비되는 완충 리브를 갖는다.
