The present invention provides a method comprising the steps of: forming a tap array by vertically arranging electrode taps such that the electrode taps at least partially overlap each other; irradiating, with light, at least two side surfaces among the side surfaces of the tap array, except surfaces at which the electrode taps overlap each other and surfaces opposite thereto; scanning the planar shape of steps at which the electrode taps do not overlap each other, through light reflected from end portions of the respective electrode taps; scanning only overlapping portions of the electrode taps, except the steps, on the basis of the resulting scanned shape; setting a welding range in the overlapping portions; and performing welding only in the welding range.

La présente invention concerne un procédé consistant : à former un réseau de prises par agencement vertical de prises d'électrode de sorte que les prises d'électrode se chevauchent au moins partiellement ; à exposer, à une lumière, au moins deux surfaces latérales parmi les surfaces latérales du réseau de prises, à l'exception des surfaces au niveau desquelles les prises d'électrode se chevauchent et des surfaces opposées à ces dernières ; à balayer la forme plane des parties étagées au niveau desquelles les prises d'électrode ne se chevauchent pas, à l'aide de la lumière réfléchie par des parties d'extrémité des prises d'électrode respectives ; à balayer uniquement des parties se chevauchant des prises d'électrode, à l'exception des parties étagées, sur la base de la forme balayée obtenue ; à régler une plage de soudage dans les parties se chevauchant ; et à réaliser un soudage uniquement dans la plage de soudage.

본 발명은 전극 탭의 적어도 일부가 상호 중첩되도록, 전극 탭들을 상하로 배열하여 탭 배열체를 형성시키는 과정; 전극 탭들이 중첩되어 있는 면들과 그 대향 면을 제외한 탭 배열체의 측면들 중에서, 적어도 둘 이상의 측면들로 광을 조사하는 과정; 각 전극 탭들의 단부로부터 반사되는 광을 통해, 전극 탭들이 서로 중첩되어 있지 않은 단차의 평면상 형태를 스캐닝 하는 과정; 상기 스캐닝 된 결과를 기준으로, 단차를 제외한 전극 탭들의 중첩 부위만을 스캐닝 하는 과정; 상기 중첩 부위 내에서, 용접 범위를 설정하는 과정; 및 상기 용접 범위 내에서만 용접을 수행하는 과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법을 제공한다.
