The present invention provides a battery cell manufacturing device using induction heating to thermally bond the outer periphery of a pouch-type case, thereby forming a surplus sealing portion. The battery cell manufacturing device is characterized by including: a support for fixing and mounting a battery cell; at least one induction heating coil formed by winding an electric wire at least once at a position corresponding to the outer periphery so that an induction current can be generated on the outer periphery of pouch-type case on which the surplus sealing portion is to be formed; a power supply part for providing an alternating current to the induction heating coil; and at least two compressing members for compressing, from both sides, the outer periphery of pouch-type case on which the surplus sealing portion is to be formed, wherein the outer periphery of the pouch-type case is inductively heated to the temperature at which the thermal-bonding for forming the surplus sealing portion is possible using a magnetic field generated in the induction heating coil.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication d'élément de batterie utilisant un chauffage par induction pour lier thermiquement la périphérie externe d'un boîtier de type poche, formant ainsi une partie d'étanchéité excédentaire. Le dispositif de fabrication d'élément de batterie est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un support pour fixer et monter un élément de batterie; au moins une bobine de chauffage par induction formée par enroulement d'un fil électrique au moins une fois dans une position correspondant à la périphérie externe de telle sorte qu'un courant d'induction peut être généré sur la périphérie externe du boîtier de type poche sur lequel la partie d'étanchéité excédentaire doit être formée; une partie d'alimentation électrique pour fournir un courant alternatif à la bobine de chauffage par induction; et au moins deux éléments de compression pour comprimer, des deux côtés, la périphérie externe du boîtier de type poche sur lequel la partie d'étanchéité excédentaire doit être formée, la périphérie externe du boîtier de type poche étant chauffée par induction à la température à laquelle la liaison thermique pour former la partie d'étanchéité excédentaire est possible à l'aide d'un champ magnétique généré dans la bobine de chauffage par induction.

본 발명은, 유도 가열을 이용하여 파우치형 케이스의 외주변을 열융착하여 밀봉 잉여부를 형성시키기 위한 전지셀 제조장치로서, 전지셀을 고정 장착하기 위한 거치대; 밀봉 잉여부가 형성될 파우치형 케이스의 외주변에 유도 전류를 생성시킬 수 있도록, 외주변에 대응하는 위치에서 전기 도선(導線)이 적어도 1회 이상 권회(捲回)되어 형성된 적어도 1개 이상의 유도 가열 코일; 상기 유도 가열 코일에 교류 전류를 공급하기 위한 전원공급부; 및 밀봉 잉여부가 형성될 파우치형 케이스의 외주변을 양측에서 압착하기 위한 적어도 2개 이상의 압착부재들; 을 포함하고, 상기 유도 가열 코일에 발생된 자기장에 의해, 파우치형 케이스의 외주변이 밀봉 잉여부를 형성하기 위한 열융착이 가능한 온도까지 유도 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 제조장치를 제공한다.
