Title: METHOD FOR RAPIDLY DETECTING NUCLEIC ACID, AND METHOD FOR RAPIDLY DIAGNOSING DISEASE USING SAME
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting a target nucleic acid and a method for rapidly diagnosing a disease using said method, the method for rapidly detecting a target nucleic acid comprising the steps of: (a) by using a primer having a tag attached thereto (a tagged primer) and having a sequence complementary to a region of a target nucleic acid sequence, carrying out a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent probe which binds to a double-stranded nucleic acid; (b) treating, with the PCR product produced in step (a), a solid phase having a capture element, to which the tag is to be attached, agglomerated at a predetermined position, and thereby inducing a binding reaction between the tag and the capture element; and (c) detecting fluorescence from the solid phase of step (b). The present invention provides a method for quickly and rapidly confirming a PCR result, and thus enables a rapid diagnosis in an emergency and on-site by analyzing the result in a short time even in the absence of a specialist and particular equipment. In particular, the present invention can create synergy in combination with the recent development of portable PCR devices.
