Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a redundant path calculation unit (12) which, on the basis of first topology information of a network configured from a plurality of transmission devices (10), calculates a plurality of shortest paths from a first transmission device to a second transmission device among the plurality of transmission devices (10), and generates redundant path information; a forwarding database (13) which holds the redundant path information; and a single obstacle point detection unit (14) which detects a single obstacle point on the basis of the redundant path information, and generates second topology information in which the single obstacle point is removed from the first topology information, wherein the redundant path calculation unit (12) calculates, on the basis of the second topology information, additional path candidates from the first transmission device to the second transmission device, and the single obstacle point detection unit (14) determines an additional path and registers the same in the forwarding database (13).
