Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to novel equipment's and methods for minimally invasive surgery emphasizing use of rigid platform for 5 transoral endoscopic surgery of upper gastrointestinal tract. The present novel equipments and methods using the rigid platform aids in effective surgical procedures through natural orifice with accuracy, minimum bleeding, and under vision scarless major surgery of upper gastrointestinal(UGI) tract such as transoral cardiomytomy for 10 achalasia cardia (TOEM), transoral fundoplication (TOF) for hiatus hernia, transoral bariatric surgery(TOBS), transoral oesophagectomy(TOO) for oesophageal cancers and NOTES UGI surgery. Present invention provides a Transoral Port(TOP) used for performing natural orifice surgery of the upper gastrointestinal tract; 15 which mainly comprises of Sheath (SH),Blunt Introducer (BI),Telescope (TE),Diaphragm (DI),Silicon washers (SW),Tunnel pusher tube (TP), Airport(AP),Suction port (SP),Bevel (AB or PB),Markings (MA),Monitor (MO).
(FR) La présente invention concerne de nouveaux équipements et procédés pour une chirurgie à effraction minimale portant sur l'utilisation d'une plateforme rigide pour une chirurgie endoscopique transorale du tractus gastro-intestinal supérieur. Les présents nouveaux équipements et procédés utilisant la plateforme rigide permettent des interventions chirurgicales efficaces à travers un orifice naturel avec précision, un saignement minimal, et une chirurgie majeure sans cicatrice sous vision du tractus gastro-intestinal supérieur (UGI), telle qu'une cardiotomie transorale pour une achalasie du cardia (TOEM), une fundoplication transorale (TOF) pour une hernie hiatale, une chirurgie bariatrique transorale (TOBS), une œsophagectomie transorale (TOO) pour des cancers œsophagiens et une chirurgie du tractus gastro-intestinal supérieur NOTES. La présente invention a trait à un port transoral (TOP) utilisé pour réaliser une chirurgie par orifice naturel du tractus gastro-intestinal supérieur, comprenant principalement une gaine (SH), un introducteur émoussé (BI), un télescope (TE), un diaphragme (DI), des rondelles de silicium (SW), un tube poussoir de tunnel (TP), un aéroport (AP), un port d'aspiration (SP), un biseau (AB ou PB), des marquages (MA), un moniteur (MO).
