Abstract:
(EN) Method for obtaining a part P with self-healing properties made of at least a first metal having a first melting temperature T1 and a second metal 2 having a second melting temperature T2, the second melting temperature T2 being lower than the first melting temperature T1, which comprises the steps consisting in a) positioning and fixing a structure S made of the second metal 2 in a mold M1, M2, such that the structure S is positioned in a predetermined fixed position in the part P, b) filling the mold M1, M2 with the first metal 1 to complete the part P, c) extracting the part P. The invention also relates to a part obtained with said method and to a method for repairing cracks of the part P.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d’obtention d’une pièce P ayant des propriétés autoréparatrices constituée d’au moins un premier métal ayant une première température de fusion T1 et d’un deuxième métal 2 ayant une deuxième température de fusion T2, la deuxième température de fusion T2 étant inférieure à la première température de fusion T1, qui comprend les étapes consistant à a) positionner et fixer une structure S constituée du deuxième métal 2 dans un moule M1, M2, de sorte que la structure S soit positionnée dans une position fixe prédéterminée dans la pièce P, b) remplir le moule M1, M2 avec le premier métal 1 pour compléter la pièce P, c) extraire la pièce P. L’invention concerne en outre une pièce obtenue selon ledit procédé et un procédé de réparation de fissures de la pièce P.
