Abstract:
(EN) So as to develop a laser tool (100), in particular for structuring cylinder liners, which offers the option of adjusting the focal position of the laser beam with process safety and with high repeatability, the suggestion is for the laser tool to have a laser source (10) for producing laser beams, a collimator (11) for producing a parallel profile of the laser beams from the laser source (10), the laser beams being guided through a lens (12) that is arranged within a rotatable spindle (13), wherein an optical apparatus (14) for deflecting the laser beams onto a workpiece surface is fastened to an end of the spindle (13) facing away from the laser source (10), wherein the collimator (11) is movable parallel to the laser beam by means of a drive (15).
(FR) L'objet de l'invention est de mettre au point un outil laser (100), en particulier pour la formation de motifs sur des surfaces de roulement de cylindres, lequel offre la possibilité de régler la position focale du faisceau laser de manière fiable et avec une précision de répétition élevée. À cet effet, l'outil laser présente une source laser (10) destinée à générer des rayons laser, un collimateur (11) destiné à générer un tracé parallèle du faisceau laser sortant de la source laser (10), laquelle est guidée à travers une lentille (12) agencée à l'intérieur d'une broche rotative (13). Un dispositif optique (14) destiné à dévier les faisceaux laser sur une surface de matériau est fixé à une extrémité de la broche (13), laquelle extrémité est opposée à la source laser (10). Le collimateur (11) peut être déplacé parallèlement au faisceau laser au moyen d'un entraînement (15).
(DE) Um ein Laserwerkzeug (100), insbesondere für die Strukturierung von Zylinderlaufflächen, zu schaffen, welches die Möglichkeit bietet, die Fokuslage des Laserstrahls prozesssicher und mit einer hohen Wiederholgenauigkeit zu verstellen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Laserwerkzeug eine Laserquelle (10) zur Erzeugung von Laserstrahlen, einen Kollimator (11) zur Erzeugung eines parallelen Verlaufs des Laserstrahlen aus der Laserquelle (10), welche durch eine Linse (12) geführt werden, welche innerhalb einer rotierbaren Spindel (13) angeordnet ist, wobei an einem der Laserquelle (10) abgewandten Ende der Spindel (13) eine optische Vorrichtung (14) zur Umlenkung der Laserstrahlen auf eine Werkstoffoberfläche befestigt ist, aufweist, wobei der Kollimator (11) mittels eines Antriebs (15) parallel zum Laserstrahl bewegbar ist.
