Für ein Umschlingungsmittel (1) für ein CVT-Getriebe (50), wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Umschlingungsmittel (1) wenigstens eine umlaufend geschlossene Kette (10) umfasst, wobei in einer Längsrichtung (L) der Kette (10) eine Mehrzahl an Keilelementen (20) auf die Kette (10) aufgereiht ist, wobei jeweils zwei in der Lingsrichtung (L) der Kette (10) direkt aufeinanderfolgende Keilelemente (20) durch jeweils einen Zwischenraum (23) voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei jedes einzelne der Keilelemente (20) fest mit der Kette (10) verbunden ist und jedes Keilelement (20) jeweils wenigstens eine erste Seitenfläche (21) und wenigstens eine zweite Seitenfläche (22) aufweist, die an Keilriemenscheiben (51) des CVT-Getriebes (50) anlegbar sind.

L'invention concerne un lien souple (1) pour une transmission à variation continue (50). Le lien souple (1) comporte au moins une chaîne (10) fermée de manière périphérique. Une pluralité d'éléments cunéiformes (20) sont alignés sur la chaîne (10) dans une direction longitudinale (L) de la chaîne (10). Respectivement deux éléments cunéiformes (20) directement consécutifs dans la direction longitudinale (L) de la chaîne (10) sont espacés l'un de l'autre par respectivement un espace intermédiaire (23), chacun des éléments cunéiformes (20) étant relié fixement à la chaîne (10) et chaque élément cunéiforme (20) présentant respectivement au moins une première surface latérale (21) et au moins une deuxième surface latérale (22), qui peuvent être appliquées contre des poulies à gorge (51) de la transmission à variation continue (50).
