Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling the manufacturing of one or more 3D products in one batch by additive manufacturing using a layer-by-layer technique using a3D printing device, and a 3D printing device. The 3D printing device comprises a control unit adapted to govern a plurality of process parameters, the batch having a 3D printing volume. The method comprises the steps of; providing a virtual 3D printing volume (40) representative of the 3D printing volume (PV) of the batch; partitioning the virtual 3D printing volume (40) into at least a first and a second zone (50a-50h) and; assigning the first zone (50a-50h) with a first process parameter, and the second zone (50b-50h) with a second process parameters, whereby the first process parameter is different with respect to the second process parameter.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de la fabrication d'un ou plusieurs produits 3D en un lot par fabrication additive mettant en œuvre une technique couche par couche à l'aide d'un dispositif d'impression 3D, et un dispositif d'impression 3D. Le dispositif d'impression 3D comprend une unité de commande conçue pour commander une pluralité de paramètres de processus, le lot ayant un volume d'impression 3D. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à fournir un volume d'impression 3D virtuel (40) représentatif du volume d'impression 3D (PV) du lot ; à diviser le volume d'impression 3D virtuel (40) en au moins une première et une seconde zone (50a à 50h) et ; à attribuer la première zone (50a à 50h) à un premier paramètre de processus, et la seconde zone (50b à 50h) à un second paramètre de processus, le premier paramètre de processus étant différent du second paramètre de processus.
