Abstract:
(EN) A new-type mixed composite pipe, a preparation method and an application; a main body or structural layer of the new-type composite pipe uses a high polymer as a substrate, is mixed and solidified by one or more porous light aggregate materials, which are also called light bone materials or particles, and may be compounded with each non-metal material or each metal based pipe to prepare different new-type mixed composite pipes; the high polymer comprises a thermoset high polymer and a thermoplastic high polymer which may be combined with a porous particle reinforcing material. The pipe may be prepared and formed by means of at least one method from among rolling, winding, pultrusion, centrifugal casting, extrusion, injection molding, resin transfer, and sandwich structure. In addition to retaining the advantages of an original same-type composite pipe, the present invention may also solve the technical problems of pipe weight, delamination, insulation, shading, heat insulation, heat preservation and the like. The pipe may be applied in oil, natural gas, heating and gas supply, water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, mining, seawater desalination, electricity communication, municipal pipe galleries, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une conduite composite mixte d'un nouveau type, un procédé de préparation et une application ; un corps principal ou une couche structurale de la conduite composite d'un nouveau type utilise un haut polymère en tant que substrat, est mélangé et solidifié par un ou plusieurs matériaux d'agrégat légers poreux, qui sont également appelés matériaux osseux légers ou particules osseuses légères, et peut être mélangé avec chaque matériau non métallique ou chaque conduite à base de métal pour préparer différentes conduites composites mixtes d'un nouveau type ; le haut polymère comprend un haut polymère thermodurci et un haut polymère thermoplastique qui peut être combiné avec un matériau de renforcement de particules poreuses. La conduite peut être préparée et formée au moyen d'au moins un procédé parmi le laminage, l'enroulement, la pultrusion, la coulée centrifuge, l'extrusion, le moulage par injection, le transfert de résine et la structure en sandwich. En plus de conserver les avantages d'une conduite composite de même type original, la présente invention permet également de résoudre les problèmes techniques de poids de conduite, de délaminage, d'isolation, d'ombrage, d'isolation thermique, de conservation de chaleur et analogues. La conduite peut être appliquée dans les domaines du pétrole, du gaz naturel, du chauffage et de l'alimentation en gaz, de l'alimentation en eau et du drainage, de l'irrigation agricole, de l'exploitation minière, du dessalement de l'eau de mer, de la communication électrique, des galeries de conduites municipales et analogues.
(ZH) 一种新型混合复合管材及制备方法和应用,该新型复合管材主体或结构层以高聚合物为基体,由一种或多种多孔轻集料又称轻骨料或颗粒混合固化,既可以和各种非金属材料也可以和各类金属基管复合制备成不同的新型混合复合管材,高聚合物包括可以和多孔颗粒增强材料结合的热固性高聚合物和热塑性高聚合物。管材可以通过卷制、缠绕、拉挤、离心浇铸、挤出、注塑、树脂传递、夹层结构至少一种方法制备成型,除保留原同类复合管的优势外,还可以解决管体自重、脱层、绝缘、遮光、隔热保温等技术问题,管道可应用于石油、天然气、供暖供气、给排水、农业灌溉、矿山、海水淡化、电力通讯、市政管廊等。
