Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of stimuli-responsive carriers, and provides an azobenzene derivative containing a quaternary ammonium salt group and a preparation method and an application thereof. The azobenzene derivative containing the quaternary ammonium salt group of the present invention is connected to a hydrophilic cationic quaternary ammonium salt group and a long-chain hydrophobic alkyl group on two ends of the azobenzene respectively, and reversible conformational changes may occur under ultraviolet light irradiation. On the basis that the azobenzene derivative containing the quaternary ammonium salt group of the present invention may prepare a liposome which may respond to light stimulation, controlled release of the internal drug may be achieved if a drug is encapsulated in said liposome, thus reducing the side effects of the drug, and improving a therapeutic effect. The preparation method for the azobenzene derivative containing the quaternary ammonium salt group of the present invention is simple and high-yield.
