Provided by the present application is a base station, comprising: a configuration unit, configured to configure any one or more of a carrier center frequency, a carrier frequency position, and a sub-band frequency position; and a transmission unit, configured to transmit a synchronization signal at a candidate frequency position and to transmit information configured by the configuration unit. The configuration unit carries out configuration using any one or more of the following: a master information block (MIB), a system information block (SIB) and a dedicated radio resource control (RRC) signaling. Further provided by the present application are a user equipment and a corresponding method.

La présente invention concerne une station de base qui comporte : une unité de configuration, configurée de sorte à configurer un ou plusieurs éléments parmi une fréquence centrale de porteuse, une position de fréquence de porteuse et une position de fréquence de sous-bande; une unité de transmission, configurée de sorte à transmettre un signal de synchronisation à une position de fréquence candidate et des informations configurées par l'unité de configuration. L'unité de configuration effectue une configuration à l'aide d'un ou de plusieurs des éléments suivants : un bloc d'informations maître (MIB), un bloc d'informations du système (SIB) et une signalisation de commande de ressources radio dédiées (RRC). La présente invention concerne en outre un équipement utilisateur et un procédé correspondant.
