Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: receiving data transmitted by a terminal in an inactive state, the data comprising data to be transmitted by the terminal and identifier information of the terminal; determining, according to the identifier information, an anchor base station of the terminal; transmitting the data to the anchor base station; transmitting the data to a core network apparatus by means of the anchor base station; and employing interaction between the anchor base station and a serving base station currently providing the terminal with an air interface resource to forward, by means of the serving base station, uplink data of the terminal to the anchor base station and to upload the same to a core network without requiring a context transfer, a switch between the core network and a base station, signaling and interface overheads, thereby enhancing data transmission efficiency.

Dans l'un de ses modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transmission de données. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : recevoir des données transmises par un terminal à l'état inactif, ces données comprenant des données devant être transmises par le terminal et des informations d'identifiant du terminal ; déterminer, conformément aux informations d'identifiant, une station de base d'ancrage du terminal ; transmettre les données à la station de base d'ancrage ; transmettre les données à un appareil de réseau central au moyen de la station de base d'ancrage ; et utiliser une interaction entre la station de base d'ancrage et une station de base de desserte fournissant actuellement au terminal une ressource d'interface radio pour réacheminer, au moyen de la station de base de desserte, des données de liaison montante du terminal à la station de base d'ancrage, et pour télécharger celles-ci vers un réseau central sans nécessiter un transfert de contexte, une commutation entre le réseau central et une station de base, des surcharges de signalisation et d'interface, ce qui améliore l'efficacité de transmission de données.

本申请实施例提供一种数据的传输方法和装置,该方法包括:接收非活跃状态的终端发送的数据,数据包括终端发送的待发送数据和终端的标识信息,根据标识信息确定终端的锚点基站,将数据发送至锚点基站,通过锚点基站将数据发送至核心网设备,通过锚点基站和当前为终端提供空口资源的服务基站之间的交互,将终端的上行数据通过服务基站转发至锚点基站再上传至核心网,不需要进行上下文转移也不需要进行核心网和基站之间的切换,信令和接口开销,并提高数据传输效率。
