Abstract:
Provided is a neutral network reconstruction training method using a wireless and wearable electric stimulation system. The wireless and wearable electric stimulation system comprises: a plurality of electrode sets corresponding to each of a plurality of target muscle groups, a plurality of stimulators corresponding to each of the electrode sets, and a programming device for controlling an operation of each of the stimulators. Electrodes in the same electrode set output electric stimulation from the same stimulator. The stimulators communicate with each other wirelessly. A motion sensor is internally provided within each of the stimulators. The motion sensor is used to detect motion feedback. The programming device uses a graphical human-machine interface to provide intuitive adjustment and control of an operational sequence and trigger source of each of the stimulators. The method comprises setting, by referring to a requirement of an action, an excitement sequence of each of the stimulators, forming a formula for a basic action, and assembling a plurality of the basic actions to form a complete training program.
