Abstract:
A touch panel, a fabrication method therefor and a display device. The touch panel comprises: a substrate (100) which comprises a touch region (110) and a lead end region (120), a plurality of first electrodes (200) and a plurality of second electrodes (300) being arranged in the touch region (110), and the second electrodes (300) being arranged in a cross insulation manner with the first electrodes (200); and a plurality of leads (400) that are electrically connected to the plurality of first electrodes (200) and the plurality of second electrodes (300) respectively, and connected to the lead end region (120), wherein the plurality of leads (400) comprise a transparent conductive layer lead (410). The longest lead among the plurality of leads (400) in the touch panel employs the transparent conductive layer lead (410), so that the influence of particles on the lead may be reduced, and the probability of electrical measurement defect caused by the particles is reduced under the condition of not increasing a working procedure, thereby saving cost and increasing yield.
