Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate comprising a substrate (10), a conductive pattern layer provided on the substrate (10), a transparent electrode layer, and an insulating layer (12) provided between the conductive pattern layer and the transparent electrode layer, wherein the conductive pattern layer comprises a plurality of first conductive patterns; the transparent electrode layer comprises a plurality of transparent electrodes; each transparent electrode is respectively electrically connected to a corresponding first conductive pattern through a corresponding via hole in the insulating layer (12); and in at least one via hole, a stepped structure is formed between the first conductive pattern corresponding to the via hole and the substrate (10) and/or the insulating layer (12), so that a groove (14) is formed at a position, corresponding to the via hole, of the upper surface of the array substrate. A display device. By means of the array substrate, slipping and misalignment between the array substrate and an oppositely aligned substrate can be prevented.
(FR) Un substrat de réseau comprend un substrat (10), une couche de motif conducteur disposée sur le substrat (10), une couche d'électrode transparente, et une couche isolante (12) disposée entre la couche de motif conducteur et la couche d'électrode transparente, la couche de motif conducteur comprenant une pluralité de premiers motifs conducteurs; la couche d'électrode transparente comprend une pluralité d'électrodes transparentes; chaque électrode transparente est respectivement connectée électriquement à un premier motif conducteur correspondant par l'intermédiaire d'un trou d'interconnexion correspondant dans la couche isolante (12); et dans au moins un trou d'interconnexion, une structure étagée est formée entre le premier motif conducteur correspondant au trou d'interconnexion et au substrat (10) et/ou à la couche isolante (12), de telle sorte qu'une rainure (14) est formée dans une position, correspondant au trou d'interconnexion, de la surface supérieure du substrat de réseau. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage. Au moyen du substrat de réseau, le glissement et le désalignement entre le substrat de réseau et un substrat aligné de manière opposée peuvent être empêchés.
