Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure provides a high-throughput (HTP) microbial genomic engineering method and system for transforming, screening, and selecting filamentous fungal cells that utilizes automation. The method and system utilize HTP selection and counter-selection to purify homokaryotic transformed filamentous fungal cells. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides a method for producing and long-term storage of protoplasts derived from filamentous fungal cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système d'ingénierie génomique microbienne à haut rendement (HTP) pour la transformation, le criblage et la sélection de cellules fongiques filamenteuses qui utilise l'automatisation. Le procédé et le système utilisent une sélection et une contre-sélection à haut rendement pour purifier des cellules fongiques filamenteuses homocaryotiques transformées. En outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production et de stockage à long terme de protoplastes dérivés de cellules fongiques filamenteuses.
