Abstract:
(EN) Processes using mid-column reboilers in at least one benzene separation columns to reduce the heat duty in alkylation processes are provided. The feed to the aromatics removal zone may exchange heat in a mid-column reboiler in the benzene separation column in the alkylbenzene separation zone followed by exchanging heat in a mid- column reboiler in the benzene separation column in the aromatics removal zone. This arrangement minimizes the hot oil duty on the reboilers in both benzene separation columns.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés utilisant des rebouilleurs à mi-colonne dans au moins une colonne de séparation de benzène pour réduire la charge thermique dans des procédés d'alkylation. L'alimentation vers la zone d'élimination des composés aromatiques peut échanger de la chaleur dans un rebouilleur à mi-colonne dans la colonne de séparation de benzène de la zone de séparation d'alkylbenzène, suivie par l'échange de chaleur dans un rebouilleur de mi-colonne dans la colonne de séparation de benzène de la zone d'élimination de composés aromatiques. Cette disposition réduit au minimum la charge d'huile chaude sur les rebouilleurs dans les deux colonnes de séparation de benzène.
