Abstract:
(EN) An electromagnetic cooking device includes a cavity in which a foodstuff is placed. A plurality of radio frequency feeds are configured to introduce electromagnetic radiation into the cavity for heating the foodstuff. A radio frequency signal generator is configured to generate a low power radio frequency signal where a high power amplifier is coupled to the radio frequency signal generator where the high power amplifier is configured to amplify the low power radio frequency signal to a high power radio frequency signal. A heat sink is coupled to the high power amplifier where the heat sink includes a flat base coupled to a plurality of fins which extend perpendicularly from a first side of the flat base. A thin metal plate includes a plurality of perforations where the perforations are filled with an epoxy resin having a carbon nanotube loading.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson électromagnétique comprenant une cavité dans laquelle est placé un produit alimentaire. Plusieurs alimentations en radiofréquences sont conçues pour introduire un rayonnement électromagnétique dans la cavité afin de chauffer le produit alimentaire. Un générateur de signaux de radiofréquence est conçu pour produire un signal de radiofréquence à faible puissance, et un amplificateur à forte puissance est couplé au générateur de signaux de radiofréquence, l'amplificateur à forte puissance étant conçu pour amplifier le signal de radiofréquence à faible puissance à un signal de radiofréquence à forte puissance. Un dissipateur thermique est couplé à l'amplificateur à forte puissance, le dissipateur thermique comprenant une base plate couplée à une pluralité d'ailettes s'étendant perpendiculairement à partir d'un premier côté de la base plate. Une plaque métallique mince comprend une pluralité de perforations, les perforations étant remplies d'une résine époxy comportant une charge de nanotubes de carbone.
