Abstract:
(EN) An arrangement for determining a parameter representing a maximum allowable torque at a driving wheel (1) of an electric motor (7) vehicle, comprising two or more driving wheels (1), a torque detecting means (4), rotational speed detection sensors (5) for each driving wheel (1), a computational unit (6) capable of adjusting output torque at each driving wheel (1), wherein the driving wheels (1) are each driven individually by electric motors (7) which can each be operated separately by an inverter controlling torque output of the motor, and wherein the computational unit (6) triggers a transient change in the drive torque, at least one driving wheel (1), and wherein the rotational speed parameters which are determined in said driving wheels (1) are compared with each other in the computational unit (6) in the sense of identifying slip, wherein said electric motors (7) are direct drive motors, without implementation of gearing and transmission elements, wherein said rotation speed detection sensors (5) are designed to detect rotational differences of equal or less than 1 degree and wherein said computational unit (6) is capable of determining several points on a slip curve.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agencement permettant de déterminer un paramètre représentant un couple maximal admissible au niveau d'une roue motrice (1) d'un véhicule à moteur électrique (7), comprenant deux roues motrices ou plus (1), un moyen de détection de couple (4), des capteurs de détection de vitesse de rotation (5) pour chaque roue motrice (1), une unité de calcul (6) apte à régler le couple de sortie au niveau de chaque roue motrice (1), les roues motrices (1) étant chacune entraînées individuellement par des moteurs électriques (7) qui peuvent chacun être actionnés séparément par un onduleur commandant la sortie de couple du moteur, et l'unité de calcul (6) déclenchant un changement transitoire du couple d'entraînement, au moins une roue motrice (1), et les paramètres de vitesse de rotation qui sont déterminés dans lesdites roues motrices (1) étant comparés l'un à l'autre dans l'unité de calcul (6) dans le sens de l'identification de glissement, lesdits moteurs électriques (7) étant des moteurs d'entraînement direct, sans mise en œuvre d'éléments d'engrenage et de transmission, lesdits capteurs de détection de vitesse de rotation (5) étant conçus pour détecter des différences de rotation égales ou inférieures à 1 degré et ladite unité de calcul (6) étant apte à déterminer plusieurs points sur une courbe de glissement.
