Abstract

A method for treating light fractions of high-ash fuels, including oil shales and brown coal, involves pyrolising an organic portion of a high-ash solid fuel and separating it into a coke-ash residue and a vapour-gas mixture. What is novel is that a rotary thin film evaporator is used to remove ash from a circulating heavy oil in a system for condensing the vapour-gas mixture, and the resultant high-ash oil is brought directly into a reactor for secondary pyrolysis. This makes it possible to produce a marketable product that has a low ash impurity content (less than 0.02%) without the additional expenditures associated with the provision of filtration and residue disposal, and to increase the yield of shale oil light fractions and extract ash by standard procedure.

Le procédé de transformations des fractions légères de combustibles à haute teneur en cendres y compris les schistes bitumineux et la lignite comprend la pyrolyse de la partie organique du combustible solide à haute teneur en cendres et sa séparation en résidu de coke et de cendres et un mélange gaz-vapeur. La nouveauté consiste en ce que pour purifier l’huile de circulation lourde des cendres on utilise dans le système de condensation de mélange de gaz et de vapeur un évaporateur à rotor et à film, et l’huile à haute teneur en cendres qui se forme est dirigée vers une opération de pyrolyse secondaires directement dans le réacteur. Cela permet d'obtenir un produit commercialisable à faible teneur en impuretés de cendres (moins de 0,02 %) sans dépenses supplémentaires pour l'organisation de filtrage et d'ensevelissement des restes, d’augmenter la production des fractions légères d’huiles de schiste et d’évacuer les cendres selon un schéma standard.

Способ переработки легких фракций высокозольных топлив, в том числе горючих сланцев и бурого угля, включает пиролиз органической части высокозольного твердого топлива и разделение его на коксо-зольный остаток и парогазовую смесь. Новым является то, что для очистки тяжелого циркуляционного масла от золы в системе конденсации парогазовой смеси используют роторно-пленочный испаритель, а образующееся высокозольное масло направляется на вторичный пиролиз непосредственно в реактор. Это позволяет получать товарный продукт с низким содержанием зольных примесей (менее 0,02%) без дополнительных затрат на организацию фильтрации и захоронения остатков, увеличить выход легких фракций сланцевых масел и выводить золу по штатной схеме.
