Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a transparent light emitting device, which can minimize the manufacturing time of a large-area high-resolution transparent light emitting device and maximize the productivity thereof by forming an integrated metal mesh circuit pattern through a UV imprinting technology; and a transparent light emitting device manufactured thereby.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent transparent, qui peut réduire au minimum le temps de fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent transparent à haute résolution de grande surface et maximiser la productivité de celui-ci par formation d'un motif de circuit maillé métallique intégré par l'intermédiaire d'une technologie d'impression UV ; et un dispositif électroluminescent transparent ainsi fabriqué.
(KO) 본 발명은 UV 임프린팅 기술을 통해 일체형의 메탈메쉬 회로 패턴을 형성하여, 대면적의 고해상도 투명 발광장치 생산공수를 최소화하고 생산성을 극대화할 수 있는 투명 발광장치 제조 방법 및 그에 따라 제조되는 투명 발광장치에 관한 것이다.
