Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a butadiene preparation method and preparation apparatus. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing a butadiene preparation method and preparation apparatus, which use butane as a dilute gas instead of nitrogen when preparing butadiene by an oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of butane, so as to minimize the loss of hydrocarbons through: a condensation method, instead of an absorption method having been used when separating butadiene from a reaction product during a conventional use of nitrogen, for liquefying and separating butadiene by using a low-temperature refrigerant or cooling water; and an absorption method for recovering all of the hydrocarbons to be discharged upstream after condensation, thereby enabling processing economic feasibility for material costs, production costs, energy, and the like and high-purity butadiene to be ensured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de butadiène et un appareil de préparation. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de fournir un procédé de préparation de butadiène et un appareil de préparation, qui utilisent du butane comme gaz dilué au lieu d'azote lors de la préparation de butadiène par une réaction de déshydrogénation oxydative de butane, de manière à minimiser la perte d'hydrocarbures à travers : un procédé de condensation, au lieu d'un procédé d'absorption ayant été utilisé lors de la séparation du butadiène d'un produit de réaction pendant une utilisation classique d'azote, pour liquéfier et séparer le butadiène en utilisant un réfrigérant à basse température ou de l'eau de refroidissement; et un procédé d'absorption pour récupérer tous les hydrocarbures devant être déchargés en amont après condensation, ce qui permet de garantir la faisabilité économique du traitement pour les coûts de matériaux, les coûts de production, l'énergie et analogues, en assurant au butadiène une haute pureté.
(KO) 본 발명은 부타디엔의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 부텐의 산화탈수소화 반응을 통한 부타디엔 제조시 희석기체로 질소 대신 부탄을 사용하여, 종래 질소 사용시 반응생성물로부터 부타디엔을 분리할 때 사용하던 흡수방법 대신 저온 냉매 혹은 냉각수를 사용해 부타디엔을 액화하여 분리하는 응축방법과 응축 후 상부 흐름으로 유출되는 탄화수소류 전체를 회수하는 흡수방법을 통해 탄화수소류의 손실을 최소화 하여 원료비, 생산비, 에너지 등 공정의 경제성과 고순도의 부타디엔을 확보할 수 있는 부타디엔의 제조방법 및 제조장치를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
