(KO) 레이저 표적 투영장치와 C-ARM 영상의 정합 방법, 이를 수행하기 위한 기록 매체 및 정합용 툴을 포함하는 레이저 수술 유도 시스템
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a laser surgery guidance system comprising a laser target projection apparatus which projects planned surgery lines directly onto an affected surgery area by means of C-arm fluoroscopy (C-arm) and a laser-generating line projection module which confirm patient status and support surgery plans. The laser surgery guidance system can generate a particular laser pattern by means of the line projection module, transmit the particular laser pattern outputted thereby by means of a matching tool comprising a collimator having a particular directionality, calculate extrinsic parameters of the matching tool in the projected image that has passed through same, and convert C-arm image coordinates to line projection module coordinates by utilizing the extrinsic parameters.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de guidage chirurgical au laser comprenant un appareil de projection de cible laser qui projette des tracés chirurgicaux planifiés directement sur une zone chirurgicale concernée par fluoroscopie à bras en C (bras en C) et un module de projection de tracés générés par laser qui permet de confirmer l'état du patient et facilite la mise en œuvre de plans chirurgicaux. Le système de guidage chirurgical au laser peut générer un motif laser particulier au moyen du module de projection de tracés, transmettre le motif laser particulier émis par celui-ci au moyen d'un outil de mise en correspondance comprenant un collimateur présentant une directivité particulière, calculer des paramètres extrinsèques de l'outil de mise en correspondance dans l'image projetée l'ayant traversé, et convertir des coordonnées d'image de bras C en coordonnées de module de projection de tracés en utilisant les paramètres extrinsèques.
(KO) 환자의 상태를 확인하고 수술 계획을 지원하는 방사선 투시 영상 장치(C-arm fluoroscopy, 이하 C-arm) 및 레이저를 발생시키는 라인 투영 모듈을 통해 상기 수술 계획된 라인을 환부에 직접 투영하는 레이저 표적 투영장치를 포함하는 레이저 수술 유도 시스템을 개시한다. 레이저 수술 유도 시스템은 라인 투영 모듈로부터 특정한 레이저 패턴을 발생시키고, 특정한 방향성을 갖는 콜리미터(collimator)를 포함하는 정합용 툴을 통해 라인 투영 모듈로부터 출력되는 특정한 레이저 패턴을 투과시키며, 정합용 툴을 투과한 투시 영상에서 정합용 툴의 외부 파라미터를 계산하며, 외부 파라미터를 이용하여 방사선 투시 영상의 좌표를 라인 투영 모듈 좌표로 변환할 수 있다.
