(EN) The present invention relates to a method for differentiating of 3D dopaminergic midbrain organoids by using specific electromagnetic waves. The method can significantly enhance the efficiency of production of dopamine neuron 3D differentiated organoids. It has been specifically confirmed that symptoms of Parkinson's disease can be effectively alleviated through the method. Consequently, it is expected that a more fundamental approach is possible for targeted treatment of a degenerative cranial nerve disorder.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de différenciation d'organoïdes dopaminergiques 3D du mésencéphale utilisant des ondes électromagnétiques spécifiques. Le procédé peut améliorer significativement l'efficacité de production d'organoïdes 3D différenciés de neurones dopaminergiques. Il a été confirmé de manière spécifique que les symptômes de la maladie de Parkinson peuvent être efficacement atténués par le biais du procédé. Par conséquent, on s'attend à ce qu'une démarche plus fondamentale soit possible pour le traitement ciblé d'une affection dégénérative touchant les nerfs crâniens.
(KO) 본 발명은 특정 전자기파를 이용한 3D 도파민성 중뇌 오가노이드 (organoid)로의 분화 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법을 통하여 도파민 신경세포 3D 분화 유사장기 제작 효율을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 파킨슨병 증상을 효과적으로 완화시킬 수 있음을 구체적으로 확인하였는바, 퇴행성 뇌신경 질환 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
