Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an LED display device. The LED display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of multi-pixel packages arranged in a matrix form having row and column directions on the substrate, wherein each of the multi-pixel packages includes a package substrate, and two or more pixels located on the package substrate, wherein each of the pixels includes a red LED chip, a green LED chip, and a blue LED chip; and a driver IC for independently controlling the multi-pixel packages on a pixel-by-pixel basis, wherein the anode terminals of the LED chips in the pixels neighboring one another in a row direction are connected in common so that the pixels can be scanned on a row-by-row basis according to a scan signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage à DEL. Le dispositif d'affichage à DEL comprend : un substrat; une pluralité de boîtiers à multiples pixels agencés sous une forme de matrice ayant des directions de rangée et de colonne sur le substrat, chacun des boîtiers multi-pixels comprenant un substrat de boîtier, et au moins deux pixels situés sur le substrat de boîtier, chacun des pixels comprenant une puce de DEL rouge, une puce de DEL verte, et une puce de DEL bleue; et un circuit intégré d'attaque permettant de commander indépendamment les boîtiers multi-pixels pixel par pixel, les bornes d'anode des puces de DEL dans les pixels voisins les unes des autres dans une direction de rangée étant connectées en commun de telle sorte que les pixels peuvent être balayés rangée par rangée selon un signal de balayage.
