The present invention relates to a monitoring block for real-time integrity evaluation during the operation of a power plant hydraulic actuator, which can monitor the operation state of a hydraulic actuator in real time during the operation of the hydraulic actuator to ensure the integrity of the hydraulic actuator. To this end, the monitoring block for real-time integrity evaluation during the operation of a power plant hydraulic actuator comprises at least one among: a drive monitoring block which connects the hydraulic actuator with a driving valve for adjusting a working oil for the operation of the hydraulic actuator and forms a path through which the working oil is transferred between the hydraulic actuator and the driving valve; an opening and closing monitoring block which connects the hydraulic actuator with an opening and closing valve for determining whether the working oil is supplied to the hydraulic actuator and forms a path through which the working oil is transferred between the hydraulic actuator and the opening and closing valve; and an emergency monitoring block which connects the hydraulic actuator with an emergency stop valve adjusting the working oil in order to control the operation of the hydraulic actuator and forms a path through which the working oil is transferred between the hydraulic actuator and the emergency stop valve.

La présente invention concerne un bloc de surveillance pour l’évaluation d’intégrité en temps réel pendant le fonctionnement d’un actionneur hydraulique de centrale électrique qui peut surveiller un état de fonctionnement de l’actionneur hydraulique en temps réel pendant le fonctionnement de l’actionneur hydraulique pour assurer l’intégrité de l’actionneur hydraulique. À cet effet, le bloc de surveillance d’évaluation d’intégrité en temps réel pendant le fonctionnement d’un actionneur hydraulique de centrale électrique comprend au moins l’un parmi un bloc de surveillance d’entraînement qui relie l’actionneur hydraulique à une vanne d’entraînement pour ajuster une huile de travail pour le fonctionnement de l’actionneur hydraulique et forme un trajet à travers lequel l’huile de travail est transférée entre l’actionneur hydraulique et la vanne d’entraînement ; un bloc de surveillance d’ouverture et de fermeture qui relie l’actionneur hydraulique à une vanne d’ouverture et de fermeture pour déterminer si l’huile de travail est distribuée vers l’actionneur hydraulique et forme un trajet à travers lequel l’huile de travail est transférée entre l’actionneur hydraulique et la vanne d’ouverture et de fermeture ; et un bloc de surveillance d’urgence qui relie l’actionneur hydraulique à une vanne d’arrêt d’urgence ajustant l’huile de travail pour commander le fonctionnement de l’actionneur hydraulique et forme un trajet à travers lequel l’huile de travail est transférée entre l’actionneur hydraulique et la vanne d’arrêt d’urgence.

본 발명은 유압작동기가 운전하는 동안 실시간으로 유압작동기의 동작 상태를 모니터링하여 유압작동기의 건전성을 확보할 수 있는 발전소 유압작동기의 운전 중 실시간 건전성 평가를 위한 모니터링블럭에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 발전소 유압작동기의 운전 중 실시간 건전성 평가를 위한 모니터링블럭은 유압작동기와 유압작동기의 동작을 위해 작동유를 조절하는 구동밸브를 연결하고, 유압작동기와 구동밸브 사이에서 작동유가 이송되는 경로를 형성하는 구동모니터링블럭과, 유압작동기와 유압작동기 측으로의 작동유 공급 여부를 결정하는 개폐밸브를 연결하고, 유압작동기와 개폐밸브 사이에서 작동유가 이송되는 경로를 형성하는 개폐모니터링블럭과, 유압작동기와 유압작동기의 동작 제어를 위해 작동유를 조절하는 비상정지밸브를 연결하고, 유압작동기와 비상정지밸브 사이에서 작동유가 이송되는 경로를 형성하는 비상모니터링블럭 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함한다.
