Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a multimeric and multivalent polymer comprising a hydrophobic tail domain of a hagfish-derived VLRB protein. A multivalent polymer comprising a hydrophobic tail domain of a hagfish-derived VLRB protein is produced, wherein the multivalent polymer exhibits a probe effect by forming a nano-sized spherical shape by means of self-assembly, thereby being usable in the development of a highly sensitive protein nanochip and the development of a diagnostic kit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polymère multimère et multivalent comprenant un domaine de queue hydrophobe d'une protéine VLRB dérivée de la myxine. Un polymère multivalent comprenant un domaine de queue hydrophobe d'une protéine VLRB dérivée de la myxine est produit, le polymère multivalent présentant un effet de sonde par génération d'une forme sphérique nanométrique par auto-assemblage, et peut par conséquent être utilisé pour le développement d'une nanopuce à protéines ultrasensible et pour le développement d'un kit de diagnostic.
(KO) 본 발명은 먹장어 유래 VLRB 단백질의 소수성 테일 도메인을 포함하는 다량체 다가 중합체에 관한 것으로, 먹장어 유래 VLRB 단백질의 소수성 테일 도메인을 포함한 다가 중합체를 제조하고 상기 다가 중합체는 자가조립에 의해 나노 크기의 구형을 이루어 탐침 효과를 나타내며 이를 통해 고감도 단백질 나노 칩 개발과 진단 키트 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
