Abstract:
(EN) A valve assembly having improved return spring coupling structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a rotation gear rotating around a center axis in a vertical direction through externally applied power and having a non-circular insertion hole on the center axis; a cylindrical cam of which the upper end is inserted into the insertion hole so as to be integrally rotated with the rotation gear while ascending or descending at the same time, wherein two or more tilted slide grooves are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical cam; a poppet shaft penetrating through the rotational axis of the cylindrical cam so as to integrally ascend or descend with the cylindrical cam while allowing independent rotation; a valve sheet coupled to the lower side of the poppet shaft; a housing surrounding the bottom surface and the side surface of the cylindrical cam; two or more bearing units of which one side is fixedly coupled to the housing and the other side is inserted into respective slide grooves so as to allow sliding; a cover surrounding the top surface and the side surface of the rotation gear and provided with a pressing protrusion part extending downward from an area corresponding to the top surface of the rotation gear; and a return spring manufactured in the form of a coil spring and placed between the bottom surface of the rotation gear and the top surface of the housing to apply upward elastic force to the rotation gear, wherein a plurality of placement hooks protruding inward are formed around the edge of the rotation gear, and the upper side of the return spring is placed over the plurality of placement hooks.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble soupape à structure d'accouplement de ressort de rappel améliorée, comprenant : un engrenage de rotation entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe central dans une direction verticale par de la puissance appliquée de l'extérieur et comportant un trou d'introduction non circulaire sur l'axe central ; une came cylindrique dont l'extrémité supérieure est introduite dans le trou d'introduction de façon à être entraînée en rotation d'un seul tenant avec l'engrenage de rotation tout en montant ou en descendant en même temps, deux rainures de coulissement inclinées, ou plus, étant formées sur la surface circonférentielle extérieure de la came cylindrique ; une tige de clapet pénétrant l'axe de rotation de la came cylindrique de façon à monter ou à descendre d'un seul tenant avec la came cylindrique tout en permettant une rotation indépendante ; une feuille de soupape accouplée au côté inférieur de la tige de clapet ; un boîtier entourant la surface inférieure et la surface latérale de la came cylindrique ; deux unités paliers, ou plus, dont un côté est accouplé à demeure au boîtier et dont l'autre côté est introduit dans des rainures de coulissement respectives de façon à permettre un coulissement ; un couvercle entourant la surface supérieure et la surface latérale de l'engrenage de rotation et pourvu d'une partie en saillie de pression s'étendant vers le bas d'une zone correspondant à la surface supérieure de l'engrenage de rotation ; et un ressort de rappel fabriqué sous forme de ressort hélicoïdal et placé entre la surface inférieure de l'engrenage de rotation et la surface supérieure du boîtier de façon à appliquer une force élastique vers le haut à l'engrenage de rotation, plusieurs crochets de placement faisant saillie vers l'intérieur étant formés autour du bord de l'engrenage de rotation, et le côté supérieur du ressort de rappel étant placé sur les plusieurs crochets de placement.
(KO) 본 발명에 의한 회전기어 동작이 개선된 밸브조립체는, 외부로부터 인가되는 힘에 의해 수직방향 중심축을 회전축으로 회전되며, 중심축 상에 비원형(non-circular)의 삽입홀이 형성된 회전기어; 상단이 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되어 상기 회전기어와 일체로 회전됨과 동시에 승강 가능하며, 외주면에는 비스듬히 경사진 슬라이드홈이 둘 이상 형성되는 원통캠; 상기 원통캠과 승강은 일체로 이루어지되 회전은 독립적으로 이루어질 수 있도록, 상기 원통캠의 회전축을 관통하는 포핏샤프트; 상기 포핏샤프트의 하측에 결합되는 밸브시트; 상기 원통캠의 저면과 측면을 둘러싸는 하우징; 일측이 상기 하우징에 고정결합되고 타측이 각각의 슬라이드홈에 슬라이딩 가능한 구조로 각각 삽입되는 둘 이상의 베어링유닛; 상기 회전기어의 상면과 측면을 둘러싸되 상기 회전기어의 상면과 대응되는 부위에 하향으로 연장되는 가압돌부를 구비하는 커버; 및 코일스프링 형상으로 제작되며, 상기 회전기어의 저면과 상기 하우징의 상면 사이에 안착되어, 상기 회전기어에 상향 탄성력을 인가하는 리턴스프링;을 포함하되, 상기 회전기어의 가장자리에는 내측으로 돌출된 복수 개의 거치후크가 형성되고, 상기 리턴스프링은 상측이 상기 복수 개의 거치후크에 걸쳐진다.
