Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a fiber-reinforced plastic composite material covered with sheet metal skins, the method comprising: a sheet metal skin pre-stamping step for stamping two sheet metals, thereby fabricating an upper sheet metal skin and a lower sheet metal skin; a pressing process preparation step for making preparations by mounting the upper sheet metal skin and the lower sheet metal skin on a press machine and positioning, between the upper sheet metal skin and the lower sheet metal skin, an inner material which is a thermosetting resin material having a reinforcement fiber mixed therein; a sheet metal skin pre-heating step for heating the upper sheet metal skin or the lower sheet metal skin; and a pressing process for press molding the thermosetting resin having a reinforcement fiber mixed therein, which is interposed between the upper sheet metal skin and the lower sheet metal skin, wherein, before or after the upper sheet metal skin and the lower sheet metal skin are mounted on the press machine, a thermosetting adhesive is applied on the lower surface of the upper sheet metal skin and the upper surface of the lower sheet metal skin, and in the pressing process, the thermosetting adhesive applied on the lower surface of the upper sheet metal skin and the upper surface of the lower sheet metal skin is cured and adhered at the same time as the thermosetting resin having a reinforcement fiber mixed therein is molded and cured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite plastique renforcé de fibres recouvert de revêtements de tôle, le procédé comprenant : une étape de pré-estampage de revêtement de tôle pour l'estampage de deux tôles, ce qui permet de fabriquer un revêtement de tôle supérieur et un revêtement de tôle inférieur ; une étape de préparation de processus de pressage pour fabriquer des préparations par le montage du revêtement de tôle supérieur et du revêtement de tôle inférieur sur une machine à presser et positionner, entre le revêtement de tôle supérieur et le revêtement de tôle inférieur, un matériau intérieur qui est un matériau de résine thermodurcissable ayant une fibre de renforcement mélangée dans celui-ci ; une étape de préchauffage de revêtement de tôle pour chauffer le revêtement de tôle supérieur ou le revêtement de tôle inférieur ; et un processus de pressage pour mouler à la presse la résine thermodurcissable ayant une fibre de renforcement mélangée dans celle-ci, qui est interposée entre le revêtement de tôle supérieur et le revêtement de tôle inférieur, où, avant ou après le montage du revêtement de tôle supérieur et du revêtement de tôle inférieur sur la machine à presser, un adhésif thermodurcissable est appliqué sur la surface inférieure du revêtement de tôle supérieur et la surface supérieure du revêtement de tôle inférieur, et dans le processus de pressage, l'adhésif thermodurcissable appliqué sur la surface inférieure du revêtement de tôle supérieur et la surface supérieure du revêtement de tôle inférieur est durci et collé en même temps que la résine thermodurcissable ayant une fibre de renforcement mélangée dans celle-ci est moulée et durcie.
(KO) 본 발명은 금속판재스킨으로 덮인 섬유강화 플라스틱 복합재료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 2장의 금속 판재를 스탬핑 성형하여 상부 금속판재스킨과 하부 금속판재스킨을 제조하는 금속판재스킨 사전 스탬핑 단계; 상기 상부 금속판재스킨과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨을 프레스 장비에 설치하고, 내부재료가 되는 강화섬유가 혼합된 열경화성 수지 재료를 상기 상부 금속판재스킨과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨의 사이에 위치시켜 준비하는 프레스 공정 준비 단계; 상기 상부 금속판재스킨 또는 상기 하부 금속판재스킨을 가열하는 금속판재스킨 예열 단계; 및 상기 상부 금속판재스킨과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨 사이에 배치된 강화섬유가 혼합된 열경화성 수지를 가압 성형하는 프레스 공정을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 상부 금속판재스킨과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨을 프레스 장비에 설치하기 전 또는 후에, 상기 상부 금속판재스킨의 하면과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨의 상면에 열경화성 접착제를 도포하며, 상기 프레스 공정에서 상기 강화섬유가 혼합된 열경화성 수지가 성형 및 경화되는 동시에 상기 상부 금속판재스킨의 하면과 상기 하부 금속판재스킨의 상면에 도포된 열경화성 접착제가 경화되어 접착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
