Provided is a power transmission control device that: can slide an engagement member by means of an actuator that has an elastic member that deforms as a result of loads received by the engagement member being transmitted thereto; and can reliably engage the engagement member and engaged members. According to the present invention, an actuator 31 has an elastic member 42, and a control unit 29 calculates the differential rotation between an engagement member 26 and engaged members 19, 22 on the basis of rotational speeds detected for a first rotary shaft 4 and a second rotary shaft 8, adjusts the rotational speeds of power sources 11, 12 so as to make the differential rotation coincide with a prescribed differential rotation, and, when establishing engagement after the differential rotation has reached the prescribed differential rotation, sets the prescribed differential rotation on the basis of a natural frequency that is generated by the elastic member 42 in a conjugated manner between the actuator 31 and the engagement member 26.
