Abstract:
(EN) This metal-FRP composite body 100 comprises a metal member 101, an FRP layer 102 and a bonding resin layer 103 that is interposed between the metal member 101 and the FRP layer 102. The bonding resin layer 103 is a solidified product of a phenoxy resin (A) by itself, or alternatively, a cured product of a bonding resin composition that contains 50 parts by weight or more of the phenoxy resin (A) in 100 parts by weight of the resin components; and the bonding resin layer 103 firmly bonds the metal member 101 and the FRP layer 102 to each other. The bonding resin composition may additionally contain 5-85 parts by weight of an epoxy resin (B) relative to 100 parts by weight of the phenoxy resin (A), and a crosslinking agent (C) that contains an acid dianhydride.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps composite métal-FRP (100) comprenant un élément métallique (101), une couche FRP (102) et une couche de résine de liaison (103) qui est interposée entre l'élément métallique (101) et la couche FRP (102). La couche de résine de liaison (103) est un produit solidifié d'une résine phénoxy (A) par lui-même, ou en variante, un produit durci d'une composition de résine de liaison qui contient 50 parties en poids ou plus de la résine phénoxy (A) dans 100 parties en poids des constituants de résine ; et la couche de résine de liaison (103) lie fermement l'élément métallique (101) et la couche FRP (102) l'un à l'autre. La composition de résine de liaison peut en outre contenir de 5 à 85 parties en poids d'une résine époxy (B) par rapport à 100 parties en poids de la résine phénoxy (A), et un agent de réticulation (C) qui contient un dianhydride d'acide.
(JA) 金属-FRP複合体100は、金属部材101と、FRP層102と、金属部材101とFRP層102との間に介在する接着樹脂層103と、を備えている。接着樹脂層103は、フェノキシ樹脂(A)単独の固化物、または、樹脂成分100重量部のうちフェノキシ樹脂(A)を50重量部以上含む接着樹脂組成物の硬化物であり、金属部材101とFRP層102とを強固に接着している。接着樹脂組成物は、フェノキシ樹脂(A)100重量部に対して、さらに5~85重量部の範囲内のエポキシ樹脂(B)と、酸二無水物を含む架橋剤(C)と、を含有するものであってもよい。
