Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a layered double hydroxide molded body with which it is possible to simplify the method for manufacturing the layered double hydroxide molded body, thereby achieving manufacturing at lower cost and in less time, and with which it is possible to maintain a desired shape. This method for manufacturing a layered double hydroxide molded body is characterized by having: a synthesis step for synthesizing a layered double hydroxide; a forming step for holding the layered double hydroxide in a holding material after the synthesis step; and a drying step for drying the layered double hydroxide held in the holding material until the water content thereof is 30% or less.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé en hydroxyde double lamellaire avec lequel il est possible de simplifier le procédé de fabrication du corps moulé en hydroxyde double lamellaire, ce qui permet d'obtenir une fabrication à moindre coût et en moins de temps, et avec lequel il est possible de conserver une forme souhaitée. Ce procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé en hydroxyde double lamellaire est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de synthèse pour synthétiser un hydroxyde double lamellaire; une étape de formation pour maintenir l'hydroxyde double lamellaire dans un matériau de maintien après l'étape de synthèse; et une étape de séchage pour sécher l'hydroxyde double lamellaire maintenu dans le matériau de maintien jusqu'à ce que sa teneur en eau soit inférieure ou égale à 30 %.
(JA) 層状複水酸化物成形体の製法を簡略化することで低コスト・短時間での製造を実現できると共に、所望の形態を維持できる層状複水酸化物成形体の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明の層状複水酸化物成形体の製造方法は、層状複水酸化物を合成する合成工程と、前記合成工程後の層状複水酸化物を保持材に保持させる成形工程と、前記保持材に保持された層状複水酸化物を、その含水率が30%以下になるまで乾燥する乾燥工程と、を有することを特徴とする。
