Title: BIOMARKER FOR PREDICTING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF ANTI-VEGFR-2 ANTIBODY DRUG, SCREENING METHOD, AND SCREENING KIT
Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to perform a prognosis prediction of the therapeutic effect of administering an anti-VEGFR-2 antibody drug, particularly ramucirumab, by measuring VEGF-A, VEGF-D, sVEGFR-2, SDF-1α, and cNRP1. The present invention further makes it possible to provide: a biomarker for predicting the effect of administering an anti-VEGRF-2 antibody drug, particularly ramucirumab; a screening method using the biomarker; and a screening kit.
