Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing glyceric acid ester that enables easy, high-yield production and makes it easy to reuse pyridines that are used for a reaction. Provided is a method for producing a compound represented by formula (II), the method comprising a step in which, in the presence of a pyridine having an alkyl substituent, a compound A represented by formula (I) is oxidatively esterified with the use of: a compound B selected from organic nitroxyl radicals, N-hydroxyl bodies thereof, and salts thereof including oxoammonium cations; and an oxidizing agent, the amount of the compound B used being a molar ratio of 0.0001 to 0.1 relative to the compound A. (In formulas (I) and (II), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group, or R1 and R2 represent divalent hydrocarbon groups that are linked together to form a ring structure.)
(FR) L’invention fournit un procédé de fabrication d’ester d’acide glycérique selon lequel la fabrication est simple et le rendement élevé, et le recyclage de pyridines mis en œuvre dans une réaction, est simple. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un composé représenté par la formule (II), qui présente une étape au cours de laquelle un composé (A) représenté par la formule (I), est soumis à une estérification oxydante à l’aide d’un agent oxydant, et d’un composant (B) choisi parmi un radical de nitroxyle organique, un corps N-hydroxy de celui-ci, et un sel contenant des cations d’hydroxylamine de ceux-ci, en présence d’une pyridine possédant un substituant alkyle. Le rapport molaire de la masse dudit composant (B) mise en œuvre vis-à-vis de celle dudit composant (A), est supérieur ou égal à 0,0001 et inférieur ou égal à 0,1. (Dans la formule (I) et la formule (II), soit R et R représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d’hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarbure monovalent, soit R et R représentent des groupes hydrocarbure divalent formant des structures cycliques liées l’une à l’autre.)
