Abstract:
(EN) This glass plate for chemical tempering is characterized in that: the plate thickness is at least 0.4 mm and less than 1.0 mm; the Vickers hardness is higher than 500 and lower than 650; and when the glass plate is immersed for four hours in 430°C KNO3 molten salt, the compressive stress value of the resulting surface compressive stress layer is at least 1100 MPa and less than 1500 MPa, and the Vickers hardness is at least 700 and less than 1100.
