Provided is a solar panel float such that deformation or breakage is less likely to occur. This float 10 is a solar panel float 10 with a solar panel 1 disposed thereon, and comprises: an annular float portion F which has a front face 11, a rear face 12 spaced apart from the front face 11, side faces 13 connecting the outer peripheries of the front face 11 and the rear face 12, and an opening 20 formed on the inside of the annular float portion and running from the front face 11 to the rear face 12; and a plurality of recessed portions 22 which are formed on at least a portion, in the peripheral direction, of the inner wall surface 21 of the opening 20 along the peripheral direction of the opening 20, and which extend in the front-rear direction.
