Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to suppress, better than a conventional method, an increase of errors contained in a monitored value which is associated with a change in the relative positions of an optical fiber, a reflector, and a photodetector. Provided is a detection apparatus (1) that detects Rayleigh scattered light leaking from a side surface of an optical fiber (OF), the detection apparatus (1) comprising: a photodiode (11a) that has a light-receiving surface (11a1); and a base plate (12) that has an upper surface (12a) facing the light-receiving surface (11a1) with the optical fiber (OF) therebetween, wherein the upper surface (12a) of the base plate (12) is flat.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de supprimer, mieux qu'un procédé classique, une augmentation d'erreurs contenues dans une valeur surveillée qui est associée à un changement des positions relatives d'une fibre optique, d'un réflecteur et d'un photodétecteur. L'invention concerne un appareil de détection (1) qui détecte une lumière diffusée de Rayleigh qui fuit d'une surface latérale d'une fibre optique (OF), l'appareil de détection (1) comprenant : une photodiode (11a) qui possède une surface de réception de lumière (11a1) ; et une plaque de base (12) qui possède une surface supérieure (12a) qui fait face à la surface de réception de lumière (11a1) avec la fibre optique (OF) entre celles-ci, la surface supérieure (12a) de la plaque de base (12) étant plate.
